Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or text message. The terms contained in the signed rental agreement govern the reservation. If there is any difference between information on this website and the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.The following cancellation policy applies to confirmed reservations:

Full Refund:

Cancellation 60 or more days before check-in: Full refund of the Total Rental Fee, minus a $200 processing fee.
Cancellation by Host: Full refund of all amounts paid by the guest.

50% Refund:

Cancellation 630 - 59 days before check-in: 50% refund of the Total Rental Fee

No Refund

Cancellation fewer than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
No-show (failure to arrive without notice): No refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation. Marble Sun City West is not responsible for losses resulting from weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other events outside the Host's control.
